Do Chompo® products contain 100% meat?
Our products consist only of dried animal tissues. They do not contain any additives, preservatives, grains, flour, or flavorings.
Which animals are Chompo® products obtained from?
They are made from animal-based parts obtained from beef, lamb, chicken, and cow sources; parts that naturally occur in the food process and are often not utilized. By giving these parts new value in a form suitable for our friends’ needs, pieces such as tripe, udder, lung, neck tendon, and tail are used while preserving their unique natural form to create dog treats.
Why do you use animal tissues?
These tissues are not commonly used in human cuisine, but they are actually natural sources of nutrition for dogs. Through a sustainable and respectful approach toward the environment, nature, and living beings, these natural foods are upcycled and given new purpose. In this way, we prevent nutritious tissues for dogs from being wasted while offering real treats that appeal to our friends’ instincts.
Are Chompo® products homemade?
Chompo® products are not homemade. In our production facilities, food safety is ensured and nutritional values are preserved. Each tissue is prepared while maintaining its unique form, making it suitable for dogs’ jaw and dental structure.
Which age groups of dogs are the products suitable for?
They are suitable for adult and young dogs. However, for puppies or senior dogs, softer products should be preferred depending on their chewing strength. If your dog will be consuming these products for the first time, we recommend consulting your veterinarian.
Why should I choose natural treat products for my dogs?
Natural dog treats offer healthy nutrition without tiring the digestive system, thanks to their additive-free and single-ingredient structure. While helping reduce the risk of allergies and health issues, their high-protein and low-fat content supports dogs in staying energetic and fit. Their firm textures help strengthen jaw and dental health while meeting the natural need to chew and gnaw.
What should we pay attention to when giving treats to our dogs?
First of all, treats do not replace main meals. We recommend giving them during training, reward moments, as a supplementary snack, or as an occasional treat. It is important to always keep fresh water available alongside food. You should choose products suitable for your pet’s size and give them in portions they can safely consume.
