PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
The following payment methods are accepted for orders placed through Chompo.net:
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Credit Card / Debit Card: Online payment with Visa, MasterCard and Troy cards. Our 3D Secure system is actively in use.
- Bank Transfer / EFT: After creating your order, you can make the payment to the bank account specified on the payment page. Please make sure to write your order number in the description field.
Payment Period:
- For Bank Transfer/EFT payments, payment must be made within 2 (two) business days after the order is created.
- If payment is not made within the specified period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Invoice:
- An e-archive invoice is issued through our digital invoice system and sent to your email address.
- If you would like the invoice to be issued on behalf of a company, it is sufficient to provide your tax number and company title during the order process.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
As Chompo, since we sell hygienic pet products with natural ingredients, we carry out return processes in accordance with the Consumer Rights Regulation and with conditions specific to the product type.
Cancellation Conditions:
- If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it from the [My Account > My Orders] tab or by sending a written notification to [email protected].
- If the order has been shipped, the return process will be initiated after the product is delivered.
Return Conditions:
- Pursuant to the Consumer Law, you have an unconditional right of withdrawal within 14 days.
- However, opened or perishable packaged products are excluded from the scope of returns for hygiene and health reasons.
- The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Return Process:
- Send your return request to [email protected] together with your order number.
- Send the product back free of charge using the return shipping code that will be provided to you.
- After the returned product is inspected by Chompo, the refund will be made according to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted:
- Products that have been opened, used, whose label has been removed, or whose packaging has been damaged
- Products whose expiration date has passed
- Custom-made or personalized products
Shipping Damage:
Please check the package when receiving your shipment. If you detect a damaged product, have a damage report prepared and contact us as soon as possible.
