CHOMPO DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been prepared between the BUYER (Consumer), whose details are provided below, and the SELLER (Chompo), regarding the electronic purchase made by the BUYER through www.chompo.net (“Website”), in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s), the qualities and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website owned by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and been informed about all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, delivery terms and return conditions of the products subject to the Agreement on the SELLER’s website, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The product subject to the Agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER’s address within the legal period, not exceeding 30 days.
4.3. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs shall be borne by the BUYER.
4.4. If the BUYER wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
4.5. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be unused, its packaging must not be damaged, and it must be in a resalable condition.
4.6. Refund transactions shall be completed within 14 days following the BUYER’s notification.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty. The day on which the product is delivered to the BUYER shall be taken as the basis for determining the withdrawal period.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• Personalized products prepared in line with the BUYER’s requests
• Products that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date may pass
• Food products whose packaging has been opened, such as dog treats and food packages

ARTICLE 6 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In disputes that may arise from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s place of residence shall be authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

ARTICLE 7 – ENTRY INTO FORCE

When the BUYER confirms the order placed through the website, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
